Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹1500. A delivery fee of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹1500.

Can I do Cash on Delivery?

Yes. For COD orders below ₹1500, a non-refundable ₹50 convenience fee will be charged along with delivery fee.

How soon can I expect my order?

Orders are dispatched within 4 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 days for all locations across India.

Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Order modifications or cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed.

Can I update my shipping details after placing an order?

Returns, Refund & Exchanges
When am I eligible for a return/replacement?

Eligible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and reported within 24 hours with a valid unboxing video.

How will I receive the refund?

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 10 days. COD refunds require your bank or UPI details.

What if I don’t like the shade I receive?

Shade-related returns aren’t accepted due to hygiene reasons.
