  1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
    We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹1499. A nominal delivery fee of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹1499.
  2. Can I do COD?
    Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. However, for COD orders below ₹1499, a non-refundable convenience fee of ₹50 will be charged at checkout, along with the standard delivery fee.
  3. How soon can I expect my order?
    We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday, within 4 working days of order placement. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days for metro cities, and 5–7 business days for other destinations across India.
  4. Do you offer international shipping?
    At the moment, we don’t ship internationally, but it’s something we’re excited to introduce in the near future.

Orders and Payments

  1. How can I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    We’re sorry, but order modifications or cancellations can’t be processed once an order is placed, as our team begins packing and shipping immediately. We suggest reviewing your order details before completing your purchase.
  3. Can I update my shipping details after placing an order?
    We can’t make changes to your order once it’s been placed. We kindly suggest verifying your address and contact details beforehand to ensure your order reaches you smoothly.
  4. How will I know my order is confirmed?
    Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll get a confirmation on your screen and a confirmation email containing your order summary and details.
